579 Shore Rd - BuilderTrend Footage

We took real jobsite footage and turned it into a 30-second story with one job: make a stranger stop scrolling and think "I want the finished house." Three decisions drive it:

  • The hook hits in 2 seconds. "Watch this dirt turn into a house skeleton" — a transformation promise, the single strongest retention pattern on Reels. If they watch the dirt become a skeleton, they stay for the whole thing.

  • Chapters make chaos readable. Five stages — Clearing, Digging, Foundation, Framing, The Skeleton — pinned in one fixed spot so the eye never hunts for it. A viewer who skims still absorbs the full build process, which is the real sales pitch: this is a builder who documents, which reads as a builder you can trust.

  • The CTA never leaves. "Want to see the finished house?" stays on screen through the end card, so the video's last impression is a question, not a logo. Curiosity is the cheapest lead-gen there is.

The music is 100% original — composed for this reel, no licensing risk, safe to run behind paid ads. Organic versions can also ride a trending sound for extra reach, but the owned track means the ad version is fully yours.

✅ Decisions needed from Moshe

  1. Lead classification sign-off — review the 272-lead spreadsheet, mark any row you disagree with. Your corrections become our attribution baseline.
  2. BuilderTrend access — bump Sandy's role to include Sales so he can pull lead exports directly instead of routing through Feishy each time.
  3. Film ads together — can Moshe get on camera with Sandy for the ads? The two of them together on screen shows expertise, multicultural, and modern — exactly the brand Corestone needs.
Why Sales access matters for ads: Meta needs ~1,000 matched contacts to build a usable lookalike audience. Our 279 Angi leads alone fall short — the full BuilderTrend lead history (every source, going back years) is what gets Corestone past 1,000 and turns dead leads into a targeting engine.

📌 My next steps this week

  1. Cut an ad edit + draft the dead-lead follow-up email — testing both organically on socials and through email before spending on ads.
  2. Draft the landing page + lead magnet for Moshe's approval.
  3. Post the ad across all socials; measure how the lead magnet, landing page, and organic posts perform.
  4. Study Angi and BuilderTrend leads.

📋 Report 1 — Angi Lead Audit

All 279 Angi leads (Oct 2023 – Sep 2026) classified. Proposed rule: Initial, Contact & Qualify, Connected, and Closed–Did Not Win → dead / reactivation pool.

Only 9 leads arrived in the last 30 days — Angi volume has fallen off sharply. The 272 proposed-dead leads are the reactivation fuel for Pillar 5 (Dead Lead Reactivation). The 272-lead reactivation proposal spreadsheet (corestone-angi-dead-lead-proposal.xlsx) is also available for Moshe's sign-off.

📸 Report 2 — Media Shortlist (Moshe's 7 favorites)
